MySLICE REWARDS^®

• The MySLICE Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment.
• Limit one (1) account per individual. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.
• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Papa Murphy’s Privacy Policy.
• Members with a valid birthday on file will receive a Free Cinnamon Wheel during their birthday month. Reward is valid for the birthday month only and must be redeemed within that timeframe.

• Guests may enroll online (website or app) or in-store by providing a valid phone number.
• Upon successful signup, new members will receive a $1 Medium 1-Topping Pizza loaded to their loyalty account.
• No re-enrollment is required for existing registered members. Unregistered guests will need to register their account online or in-app to claim rewards.
• New loyalty members must verify their phone number through SMS confirmation.

We’ve refreshed our rewards program to make it more rewarding, flexible, and easy to use:

• Earn Points: 10 points for every pizza purchased. Mini Murphs and free pizzas that may occur on a check do not earn points.
• Redeem Rewards:
  • 25 Points = 2-Liter Soda or $3 Off
  • 50 Points = 5 Cheese Bread, Salad, or Cookie Dough
  • 75 Points = Large Specialty Pizza
• Birthday Reward: Free Cinnamon Wheel during your birthday month.

• Members earn 10 points per pizza purchased.
• You must be logged in to your MySLICE account in-store or online to earn points at the time of purchase
• Points typically post within 35 minutes. In certain scenarios, points may take up to 48 hours to accrue in members account.
• Point accrual is limited to one (1)  transaction every 24 hours.
• Maximum Balance: Accounts may hold a maximum of 200 points at any given time.
• Unregistered Guests: Points may accrue for unregistered guests, but they cannot claim or redeem rewards until they complete registration.

• Rewards may be claimed and redeemed once the required point balance is reached:
• Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction. Must have a valid MySLICE account.
• Rewards must be applied at checkout (online, app, or in-store with phone number lookup).
• Rewards cannot be combined with coupons, discounts, or other offers unless expressly stated.
• Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged.
• *Free Large Pizza Reward: Offer valid for one large pizza at regular menu price, up to a maximum value of $30, at participating locations. Must have a valid MySLICE account. Not valid with any other offers, specials, promotions, or discounts, including but not limited to XLNY®, Tuesday and Friday deals. No cash value. Free pizzas do not earn points.  Must be used in one transaction. Void if altered, copied, transferred, auctioned, or sold.
• Redemption Limit: One reward redemption per 24-hour period.

• New guests must enroll in MySlice Rewards and verify their phone number via SMS confirmation to be eligible.
• Once verified, the $1 Pizza reward will automatically load to their account.
• Rewards may take a short time to appear, but once loaded are immediately usable.

Members must claim rewards through the MySLICE app or website before placing an order.

Online or In-App:

• Sign in to your MySLICE account.
• Go to your MySLICE rewards detail page to review current points available.
• You will see all rewards available to claim based on your points total. Click Claim to add the reward to your account.
• Add eligible reward item(s) to your cart.
• Go to your cart and select “+ ADD” next to the reward.
• Go to the checkout page to see savings applied and complete your order.

In-Store:

• To redeem a reward in store, you must first go to the website or app to claim the reward. Once claimed, the reward will be available immediately both online and in-store.
• Provide the phone number linked to your MySLICE account.
• Request that the cashier apply the chosen reward to your order.
• Rewards must be claimed prior to payment and cannot be retroactively applied.

• Points expire after 180 days of inactivity, defined as no purchase or account log-in activity.
• Claimed rewards not redeemed within 90 days will expire along with any associated points.
• Certain promotional rewards (including signup bonuses and limited-time offers) may have shorter expiration windows, as indicated when issued.
• Expired points and rewards cannot be reinstated.

• If you forget to check in or believe you are missing points, you may submit a request.
• Submit a request for missing points here.
• Guest Services will validate and adjust accounts as necessary.

• To view rewards: Download the Papa Murphy’s app or sign in online, then visit the rewards tab.
• To update account info: Sign in to your MySLICE Rewards account, click on the profile icon, and select “Update Profile.”
• If unable to access your account:
  • Try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” link.
  • If unsuccessful, attempt to create a new account with all required fields completed.
  • For additional support, contact Guest Services.

• Papa Murphy’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or its Terms at any time, with or without notice.
• In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of Terms, Papa Murphy’s may revoke points, rewards, or account access.
• Points and rewards are promotional in nature and do not constitute property of the member.

• Personal information collected through the Program will be used in accordance with Papa Murphy’s Privacy Policy.

• Papa Murphy’s is not responsible for technical errors, delays, or account access issues.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papa Murphy’s disclaims liability for any damages arising from participation in the Program.
